I want to come and view the property and wedding sites. Do I need to make an appointment?

An appointment is required to access to the property and to meet with our Event Sales Manager due to it being a private residence.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Fill out our inquiry form on our website and we will respond back to you within 48 hours to arrange a site visit. We do tours Wednesday through Friday and are on a first-come, first-served basis by appointment.

We are also looking to host a rehearsal dinner and/or post-wedding brunch. Can you handle these? If so, where?

We have 3 different sister properties that can accommodate these events and at a discounted price.

How do I reserve a date?

Once you decide to book at Mision Lago Ranch you will have 10 days to sign and return with your initial deposit and security deposit.

If I am out of state and worried about planning long distance, are you able to help me?

Absolutely, Our Event Sales Managers will work with you through email, phone conversations, and mail to make sure that all the details are covered.

Do I have to use your vendors or can I bring in my own?

We do have a recommended vendor list, but you are welcome to utilize vendors of your choice. We do strongly recommend using vendors that are familiar with our property but our Event Sales Manager can assist you in finding the perfect vendor for you special day.

I have a lot of out-of-town guests. What hotel accommodations are nearby?

With only being 20 minutes from Downtown Tampa the hotel accommodation possibilities are endless. We do have the newly renovated Hard Rock Hotel 8 minutes from our property, as well as many high end hotels in Downtown Tampa. We can also provide shuttles from the hotels to Mision Lago at an additional cost.

What are the food and beverage policies?

All food and beverage items purchased or consumed by attendees on the estate must be supplied and prepared by the Nocturnal Hospitality Group. At least seven business days before your event, you will need to inform your Event Sales Manager of the guaranteed attendance for all food and beverage functions.

If I want to visit after booking my event, how do I get on property?

Once you have booked you will have 2 complimentary site visits with your planner, as well as access for engagement photos if you would like and for your rehearsal with your bridal party.
