I want to come and view the property and wedding sites. Do I need to make an appointment?

An appointment is required to access to the property as this is a private residence. Please contact Karin@MisionLagoRanch.com to schedule a private tour.

How do I reserve a date?

Once you decide to book at Mision Lago Estate you will review and electronically sign a contract and return it with your initial deposit. For Weddings - the deposit is $1000. Under certain circumstances - this deposit is partially refundable.

If I am out of state and worried about planning long-distance, are you able to help me?

Absolutely, our team will work with you through email, phone conversations, and mail to make sure that all the details are covered. Hiring an outside planner is most helpful. We have a short list of excellent professionals.

Do I have to use your vendors or can I bring in my own?

We do have a preferred vendor list, but you are welcome to utilize vendors of your choice*. We do strongly recommend using vendors that are familiar with our property but our team can assist you in finding the perfect vendor for your special day. 

*We provide all alcoholic beverages - no outside alcohol or bartending service vendors are allowed on the premises.

I have a lot of out-of-town guests. What hotel accommodations are nearby?

With being only 20 minutes from Downtown Tampa, the hotel accommodation possibilities are endless. We do have the newly renovated Hard Rock Hotel 12 minutes from our property, as well as many Air BnB’s within minutes of the Estate.

What are the food and beverage policies?

 We provide all alcohol - but you are more than welcome to bring in your favorite caterer*. They will enjoy working out of our celebrity chef inspired commercial kitchen. *Caterers must be licensed and insured.
